At the risk of sounding redundant I have to mention, again, the extraordinary beauty of the ranch. Visitors, without exception comment in that regard– whether they are guests, workmen, someone wanting to buy some of our calves or simply someone asking directions. My wife and I have been on farms since our childhood and we have never seen or experienced a ranch as beautiful, easy and pleasurable as this one. The ranch is unique in that when fully pastured, it has virtually no ‘chores’, maintenance or up-keep requirements. Moreover, the ranch has no deficiencies we know of at all. In all honesty, buyer’s remorse should not even be a remote concern here.
